Initial Visit
Welcome to the Thrive KC Family! We cannot wait to meet you! Before arriving for your appointment, we request that you please fill out our new patient forms. If you have not done so prior, please arrive at least 15 minutes early to complete them in the office before we begin your appointment. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on why you are seeking chiropractic care.
Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Bethany to discuss any health-related issues and potential treatment options. During the initial visit, Dr. Bethany wants to learn more about you, your concerns, and any expectations you may have to determine how chiropractic care can help you meet your goals.
Following the consultation, Dr. Bethany will perform a new patient examination including nervous systems checks, functional and orthopedic exams, postural checks, assessment of range of motion, and if necessary based on exam findings, she will refer out to a local imaging center for any x-rays or advanced imaging.
Depending on what is found in the Day 1 assessment, patients will likely begin treatment with a relief adjustment that same day.
Second Visit
Welcome back! At your second visit, we will discuss the findings of your exam, go over your specific care plan, home care recommendations, and financial investment. Everyone’s plan is unique and tailored to each individual based on their findings.
From there we will begin care and help you on your journey to wellness. Get ready to THRIVE!

However, if you are unable to complete those, please utilize these. Please save forms as a PDF with a new file name first. Then you can either:
1) complete and email back to drbethany@thrivekcchiro.com or
2) print, fill out, and bring to your appointment.

Standard Daily Visit: $60.00 (Adult, 15 minutes); $50 (Pediatric, 15 minutes)
Extended Daily Visit: $95.00 (30 minutes; please call to book the 30min daily visit.)
Re-Examination and Adjustment: $100.00
Dry Needling: starting at $35.00
Cupping Therapy: starting at $35.00
Kinesiology Taping Only: $10/small region or $15/large region
Travel Fee (*existing clients only, special circumstances): additional $25 (<10 miles)/ $35 (10-15 miles)
Off Hours/Emergency Fee: additional $50
